Cementitous Flooring
Multichem manufactures cementitious flooring products in screed form, such as FloorScreed PL, and FloorTop and self leveling form LevelTop ( self leveling underlayment and overlayment) along with patching compound. These products give freedom to design floors as per specific requirement.. Products are based on primarily cement as binder to give targeted mechanical and chemical properties.
Epoxy Flooring Products
FloorScreed EP and FloorShield products are manufactured with epoxy chemistry. Epoxy floors are harder, more durable and have a much higher compression strength. This is why they are the preferred choice for heavy duty industries, warehouses and logistics centers with heavy forklift traffic. Also are most suited for commercial and hygienic floorings.
PU Flooring Products
Floorkrete FloorThane, TraffiDeck, TraffiCoat and Armourthane are polyurethane and polyurea based flooring products designed for high performance applications. These floors are usually softer and more elastic, which makes them more resistant to scratching as their elasticity tends to absorb some of the impact. The elasticity of PU floors also makes them a preferred choice in freezing chambers where the storage temperature can reach -30 degrees Celsius. They are also a good choice for multideck car-parks. Polyurethane based flooring products, being more elastic, are preferred choice for impact resistance, low temperature floorings.
Special Flooring Products
Special floors require different chemistry, such as fast setting flooring, low temperature curing upto -30 C. FloorFresh, FloorFast, Floorchem and Floorcem special floorings for hygiene, fast turnarout and critical applications such as hotels, food, pharmaceutical, hospitals etc.
