Building and commercial structures requirements:

Concrete and metal structures need complete protection and must be designed for expected performance. Starting from underground structures to rooftops, water leakage, cracking, carbonation, corrosion, erosion, debonding, and many more problems arise during the life cycle of a structure. Underground Structure of building and commercial structures

Hydronil® products are suited for crystalline waterproofing, a permanent waterproofing technology. 
Plugfast® is used for blocking flowing water within two minutes. 

ReleaseKote® is suitable for de-shuttering formwork. 
Primegrout® N is highly suitable for fixing watertight tie-rod holes. 
Surfix® AC and Bondcoat® are unique products used for bonding gypsum plaster. 
Primemix® RM is used for repairing honeycombed concrete surface. 

Floorscreed® and Leveltop® products are used for leveling and protection of floors. 
Floorhard® floor hardeners are best suited to enhance the abrasion resistance of floors.
Traffideck® and Trafficoat® are used as car park deck coatings. 
RainShield®, Texturecrete® and Wallshine® provide protection and decoration for exterior wall surfaces.
Carbonil® coating protects walls from carbon dioxide and other corrosive gases.
Multifix®, PrimeFix® and SureFix® products are used for fixing stones and tiles on wall and floor surfaces.
Crackfix® is used for repair of minor cracks in the wall. 

Multicrete®, Multicon® and PrimeMix® RM are used for repairing concrete surfaces.
Powerplast® is used for reprofiling and sealing concrete surfaces in buildings and commercial structures.
Hiwaycrete® products are designed for repairing and maintaining highways and flyovers. 

For terrace slabs directly exposed to UV rays, RoofShield® elastomeric coating provides protection from heat and water.
For metal shades, HeatShield® is designed to protect the substrate from heat and water.
For terrace slabs and podiums where a protective screed is applied after the coating, Flexithane® and Multithane® polyurethane and polyurea-based coatings are highly recommended. 

Multiguard® A, a two-component waterproofing coating, along with Multiguard® Flex, Hydronil® products, are also suitable for building and commercial structures
