Building and commercial structures requirements:

Concrete and metal structures need complete protection and are to be designed for expected performance. Starting from underground structure to roof top, water leakage, cracking, carbonation, corrosion, erosion, debonding, and many more problems arise during the life cycle of structure. Underground Structure of building and commercial structures

Hydronil® products are suited for crystalline waterproofing, a permanent waterproofing technology. 
Plugfast® is used for blocking flowing water in two minutes. 

ReleaseKote® is suitable for de-shuttering of formwork. 
Primegrout® N is highly suitable for fixing of water tight tie-rod holes. 
Surfix® AC and Bondcoat® are unique products used for bonding of gypsum plaster. 
Primemix® RM is used for repair of honey-combed concrete surface. 

Floorscreed® and Leveltop® products are used to for leveling and protection of floors. 
Floorhard® floor hardeners are more suited to enhance abrasion resistance to floors. 
Traffideck® and Trafficoat® are used for car park deck coatings. 
RainShield®, Texturecrete® and Wallshine® for protection and decoration of exterior wall surfaces. 
Carbonil® coating gives protection of wall from carbon dioxide and other corrosive gases.

Multifix®, PrimeFix® and SureFix® products are used for fixing of stones and tiles on wall and floor surfaces.

Crackfix® is used for repair of minor cracks in the wall. 

Multicrete®, Multicon® and PrimeMix® RM are used for repair of concrete surface 
Powerplast® is used for reprofiling and sealing of concrete surface of the building and commercial structures
Hiwaycrete® products are designed to repair and maintain high ways and flyovers. 

For terrace slab directly expoxed to UV rays, RoofShield® elastomeric coating give protection from heat and water. 
For metal shades, HeatShield® is designed to protect substrate from heat and water. 
In case of terrace slab and podium, where protective screed is used after application of coating, Flexithane® and Multithane®, polyurethane and Polyurea based coatings are highly recommended. 

Multiguard® A, a two component waterproofing coating, Multiguard® Flex, Hydronil® products are also suitable products for building and commercial structures
