High-temperature-resistant coatings are designed to withstand temperatures ranging from 150°C to over 850°C) while providing protection against corrosion.

High-temperature coating resins could either be an epoxy, epoxy phenolic, epoxy novolac, silicone, or a more specialized multi-polymeric matrix depending on the level of temperature resistance required.

For service under insulation, a single-component product coating can be used for a wide range of operating temperatures and provides excellent protection against corrosion under insulation (CUI). In areas where insulation is not required, a two-coat system consisting of a primer and silicone topcoat is more suited.

HeatShield E700
HeatShield E700 is a wet & rust tolerant, two pack, high solids epoxy coating. It can be utilised either as a one coat primer/finish with good UV resistance or as a high performance coating which can be over-coated with colour topcoats. It can be applied and operated in temperatures up to 150°C.
Heatshield NE800
"HeatShield NE800 is a high solids, epoxy Novolac coating. It is suitable for protecting structures from high temperatures and aggressive chemical environments. It can be applied and operated in temperatures up to 125°C. "
Heatshield EG710
HeatShield EG710 is a high temperature, solvent-free, glassflake epoxy coating. It offers excellent resistance to high temperatures and chemical environments in immersed conditions. It can be applied and operated in temperatures up to 210oC.
Heatshield EC730
HeatShield EC730 is a solvent-free, high temperature resistant epoxy coating.It has been specifically designed for application in very aggressive fluid flow environments and immersed conditions.It can be applied and operated in temperatures up to 210oC.
Heatshield NG810
It can be utilised as a topcoat/finish in one or more coats to most substrates. It is suitable for a wide range of applications such as a lining for tanks, vessels, pipes and chimneys.
