Intergral waterproofing Admixtures

Multichem’s versatile cement mixes modifiers/admixtures are specifically designed to enhance cementitious mixes in order to achieve improved mechanical amd chemical characteristics with excellent resistance to oil, water and abrasion. Multiguard IW+, Multiguard IWP and Multiguard In-depth Premix are additives to impart full leakage protection of concrete structures.

Waterproofing Cementitious Coatings

Multichem manufactures cementitious coatings such as Multiguard A, Multiguard A-Elasto, Leakshield, Multiguard SuperMortar 1, MultiShield for various application with high water pressure withstanding properties along with flexibility to take care of movement or future crackes or thermal expasion of the structures. Multicrete SBR, Multicrete CM, Flexcrete and Mixcrete are used for waterproofing by adding cement to prepare coatings.

Waterproofing Elastomeric Coatings

Elastomeric coatings are ready-to-use flexible coatings designed for waterproofing of substrate where surface is more prone to the development of surface cracks.
