MULTIGUARD IW+
Multiguard IW+ is an advanced integral waterproofing product based on specially processed polymers and active ingredients with permanent waterproofing characteristics. Based on nanotechnology, Multiguard IW+ creates millions of particles filling all pores and cavities available in the concrete and plaster, thus waterproofing structures permanently.
Ordinary concrete absorbs water and dissolved salts through its network of pores, leading to water infiltration and corrosion of steel reinforcement. Multiguard IW+ reduces absorption to 1% or lower and forms a protective coating around steel reinforcement. Less water and fewer chlorides are able to penetrate the concrete and the reinforcement has enhanced protection from corrosion.
Using Multiguard IW+ allows real estate owners and builders and developers to have the comfort of knowing their investment/project remains protected against one of nature’s most damaging elements …water.
Multiguard IW+ works by improving dispersion of the agglomerates with the concrete mix, which ensures that the cement is used more efficiently.

MULTIGUARD A
Multiguard A is based on advanced polymer chemistry with additional advantage of cement technology. Unique properties of Multiguard A makes it unique product for new and old building construction. It is ideal product for surfacing, protecting, and waterproofing concrete, masonry and other construction material. Multiguard A is used to waterproof and damp-proof concrete, cement rendering, brickwork and block work. It is also used to protect concrete against the effects of freeze-thaw cycles, de-icing salts, carbon dioxide and other acid gases, dilute acids and alkalis.
This includes: Rigid waterproofing of water tanks, sealing internal basement and cellar walls against dampness, water leakage, protection of concrete structures in marine environments, external tanking of substructure concrete such as foundations and basement walls in new buildings.

• Horizontal, vertical, or overhead applications to concrete, cementitious overlays, masonry, brick, parging (render), CBU’s (cement backer units), gypsum board (drywall), glass mat faced gypsum sheathing, steel, PVC, mastic asphalt (interior), roughened polystyrol, properly prepared existing cementitious terrazzo floors, ceramic, porcelain and quarry tiles.

MULTIGUARD SUPERMORTAR 1
Multiguard SuperMortar 1 is a two component, thixotropic, cementitious modified polymer coating with high adhesion to both steel and concrete. Multiguard Mortar 1 forms a hard, highly alkaline screed with a degree of elasticity which not only protects the concrete, or other substrates, from the effects of aggressive acid gases, moisture and chlorides, but also has greatly enhanced chemical resistance. Multiguard® Mortar 1 has application in following structures:

Leakshield
LeakShield™ is a single component cementitious high performance waterproofing coating for concrete protection. LeakShield forms a dense, waterproof surface barrier. It consists of Portland cement, well-graded quartz sand and active polymer enhanced special chemical ingredients (with nano technology), making a hard yet flexible membrane.
USES:
LeakShield™ is used to waterproof and damp-proof concrete, cement rendering, brickwork and block work. It is also used to protect concrete against the effects of freeze-thaw cycles, de-icing salts, carbon dioxide and other acid gases, dilute acids and alkalis.

AQUABLOCK
AQUABLOCK is a water dilutable epoxy coating used to waterproof and damp-proof concrete, cement rendering, brickwork and block work. It is also used to protect concrete against the effects of freeze-thaw cycles, de-icing salts, carbon dioxide and other acid gases, dilute acids and alkalis.

PLUGFAST
PlugFast is a powder which, when mixed to a stiff-dough consistency with water, may be used to immediately arrest the seepage or in-flow of water through concrete cracks. Water Plug sets in less than 2 minutes to a completely waterproof seal and continues to harden until its strength far exceeds that of the concrete into which it has been applied.

SilicoShield 100
Multiguard® SilicoShield™ 100 is a silicon based transparent coating available on water base. It provides a durable barrier to water penetration on neutral or alkaline porous vertical or inclined surfaces such as bricks, sandstone, concrete or mortar that requires water repellency.
