MULTIGUARD IW+
Multiguard IW+ is an advanced integral waterproofing product based on specially processed polymers and active ingredients with permanent waterproofing characteristics. Based on nanotechnology, Multiguard IW+ creates millions of particles that fill all pores and cavities in concrete and plaster, thereby waterproofing structures permanently.
Ordinary concrete absorbs water and dissolved salts through its network of pores, leading to water infiltration and corrosion of steel reinforcement. Multiguard IW+ reduces absorption to 1% or lower and forms a protective coating around steel reinforcement. Less water and fewer chlorides are able to penetrate the concrete, enhancing protection against corrosion.

It protects concrete, brickwork, and blockwork from water ingress, freeze-thaw cycles, salts, CO₂, and chemicals. Suitable for internal and external applications—horizontal, vertical, or overhead—it’s ideal for use in water tanks, basements, balconies, swimming pools, marine structures, and more.

AQUABLOCK
AQUABLOCK is a water-dilutable epoxy coating used to waterproof and damp-proof concrete, cement rendering, brickwork, and blockwork. It is also used to protect concrete against the effects of freeze-thaw cycles, de-icing salts, carbon dioxide and other acidic gases, dilute acids, and alkalis.
Application areas: rigid waterproofing of water tanks, sealing internal basement and cellar walls against dampness and water leakage, protection of concrete structures in marine environments, external tanking of substructure concrete such as foundations and basement walls in new buildings, water tanks, reservoirs, filter beds, water treatment plants, fishponds, plant troughs, lighthouse storm protection, sewers, etc.

Multiguard Flex is an elastomeric, ready-to-use waterproofing coating with high flexibility.It offers superior flexibility and can bridge substrate cracks up to 2mm. The coating provides long-term crack resistance and excellent freeze/thaw durability. With self-curing properties and very low shrinkage, it ensures a reliable seal. It is non-toxic and easy to apply as a single-component product, eliminating any mixing issues.

BITUMAFLEX
BitumaFlex is an elastomeric, ready-to-use, bitumen-modified waterproofing coating with high flexibility. The product offers excellent waterproofing and crack-bridging characteristics.
It offers superior flexibility, bridges cracks up to 2mm, and resists long-term cracking and freeze/thaw cycles. The coating is self-curing, low shrinkage, non-toxic, and easy to apply as a single-component product with no mixing issues.
Application areas:
• To stop leakage in masonry and concrete, above and below grade
• To seal small concrete or masonry cracks and holes
• To form a durable, waterproof seal at all cove joints
• More suited for concrete/plaster surfaces that are prone to cracking
