Surfix® AC
Surfix® AC is a single component, water based environment friendly adhesive/ coating for bonding any material to the substrate. Application of Surfix® AC to wet or dry, properly prepared substrates assures tenacious adhesion of new toppings, patching compounds, gypsum, concrete, mortar and tile bedding mortars when used in accordance with instructions. It may also be applied to steel, tile, wood, glass and fiberglass.
Uses
• As a combination bonding agent and waterproofing barrier when applying new concrete toppings over old concrete.
• To improve adhesion of gypsum layer and tile bedding mortars to existing concrete, or may be used directly for tile bedding in combination with very fine sand.
• To prime and waterproof steel reinforcement prior to application of patching compounds or concrete pouring while improving adhesion of these materials.
• To penetrate and consolidate low strength floors, such as asbestos-cement or cinder concrete, and to improve adhesion of new toppings or patching compounds to same.

Concure® W100
Concure® W100 is a single component, water based environment friendly concrete/ plaster curing material for all surfaces where water curing is not possible. Application of Concure® W100 to dry substrates assures sufficient water retention in the concrete hence optimum curing of 28 day. After 28 days, Concure® W100 deteriorates itself from the surface avoiding bonding problems of top layers in the future. As the product contains no wax, it is more suited to surface where top coat (plaster or paint) is required. Product is designed such that concrete is cured without need of water sprinkling or ponding. The product has additives which also keep surface cool, thus reducing cracking of cementitious surface.

• Concrete Structures, Highways, Runways, Concrete Floor decks, Industrial Floors, Canals, Dams etc.
• All RCC Surfaces
• Retaining Walls of Basements.

ReleaseKote W100
ReleaseKoteTM W100 is a unique water based based biodegradable product with other special additives ideally suited for creating thin repellent layer enabling easy stripping and releasing of formwork from hardened concrete surfaces.
Exclusive formulation gives surface curing and fair finish of the concrete, in turn increasing the life of formwork.
