Surfix® AC
Surfix® AC is a single-component, water-based, environment-friendly adhesive and coating designed to bond various materials to prepared substrates. It ensures strong adhesion of new concrete toppings, patching compounds, tile bedding mortars, and gypsum layers over wet or dry surfaces. It can be applied on concrete, steel, wood, tile, glass, and fiberglass.
Application areas:
- Acts as a bonding agent and waterproofing barrier between old and new concrete.
- Enhances adhesion of gypsum and tile bedding mortars to concrete.
- Primes and waterproofs steel reinforcement before patching or concrete application.
- Consolidates weak substrates like asbestos-cement and cinder concrete.
Coverage: 50–60 ft²/kg

Concure® W100
Concure® W100 is a single-component, water-based, environment-friendly curing compound for concrete and plaster surfaces where traditional water curing is not feasible. It ensures optimum 28-day curing by retaining moisture within the substrate. Formulated without wax, it eliminates bonding issues with future top coats like plaster or paint. The product self-deteriorates after curing, and its special additives help keep the surface cool, reducing the risk of cracking.
Application areas:
- Suitable for all concrete or plaster surfaces requiring water curing
- Ideal for concrete structures, highways, runways, industrial floors, floor decks, dams, canals, and retaining walls
- Excellent for RCC surfaces and basement walls

ReleaseKote W100
ReleaseKote™ W100 is a unique, water-based, biodegradable shuttering oil formulated with special additives to create a thin, uniform repellent layer for effortless stripping of formwork from hardened concrete surfaces. It is non-staining, eliminating the need to clean the concrete before further treatment, and produces a high-quality fair-faced finish. The product enhances internal curing near the formwork and reduces surface cracks, making it ideal for all types of molds including plywood, steel, aluminum, and plastic. Its formulation prevents concrete build-up, reducing labor costs for cleaning and maintenance, while also providing rust protection for steel forms and equipment. ReleaseKote™ W100 not only improves surface quality and curing performance but also extends the lifespan of the formwork with every use.
