Universal anticorrosive epoxy primer coating with wet and rust-tolerant properties.

A universal anticorrosive epoxy primer/coating designed to protect boottops, interiors, superstructures, topsides, underwater hulls, and water ballast tanks from corrosion. Suitable for new builds, dry dock maintenance, and onboard repairs, it ensures reliable performance in harsh marine conditions. With 80% volume solids (VS), it allows for all-season application and efficient coverage. IMO PSPC type-approved as a water ballast tank coating, it meets global standards for long-term protection and durability.

SeaMate Primer-311 is our premium epoxy primer, specially designed to meet modern shipyard construction practices while delivering long-term anticorrosive protection in harsh marine environments. Ideal for water ballast tanks, it is fully compliant with IMO PSPC class approval. This primer can be overcoated with a wide range of coatings, including epoxy, polyurethane, acrylic, alkyd, chlorinated rubber, vinyl, and fire-retardant coatings, providing exceptional versatility for marine applications.

SeaMate ActiveShield 320 is a high-performance, self-polishing antifouling coating designed for deep-sea and coastal vessels. With 66% volume solids, it delivers excellent value for commercial marine applications. Its advanced biocide composition ensures superior fouling protection, extending maintenance cycles and enhancing efficiency. Built on a proven technology track record, it is compatible with a wide range of anticorrosive underwater hull systems. Suitable for coated steel hulls on seagoing vessels, workboats, and barges, SeaMate ActiveShield 320 provides long-lasting performance in demanding marine environments.

SeaMate ActiveShield 321 is a two-component advanced fouling-defense coating based on hydrogel silicone and an efficient fouling-prevention biocide. This combination enhances the antifouling barrier, extending the fouling-free period. SeaMate ActiveShield 321 offers high fuel-saving potential and is ideal for vessels with long service intervals (up to 90 months) and/or extended idle periods (up to 120 days).

Silicone-based, two-component, low-friction, self-lubricating, linear self-polishing, high-activity performance antifouling, based on a hydrolyzable binder composition.

Epoxy glass flake, 100% super-glide, non-stick technology.

Single-component, special resin-based coating for metal substrates.

This is a two-component fouling release coating. It is biocide-free and provides excellent abrasion and scratch resistance along with superior hull performance. This is achieved through an extremely hard, low-friction surface that minimizes hull deterioration and speed loss. SilGard 350 is used as a finish coat in immersed environments and is suitable for application over compatible primers on carbon steel and aluminum substrates. SeaMate SilGard 350 is recommended for underwater hulls in newbuilding and drydocking. Specially designed as a premium solution for vessels with short docking intervals and varying speed activity, it offers a high-gloss finish with excellent color stability, ensuring long-term aesthetic appeal.
