Roof and Wall Protection

RAINSHIELD®, ROOFMATE®, and ROOFSHIELD® are advanced elastomeric coatings developed to protect homes and civil structures from heat and water. These coatings significantly reduce internal room temperatures by 5°C to 20°C, making indoor spaces cooler and more comfortable. When properly applied, the coating offers long-lasting protection for over 10 years.

RainShield® UltraPrime is an acrylic-based three-in-one solution that functions as a primer, waterproofer, and paint, making it ideal for creating beautiful, long-lasting walls. With just one product, it primes the surface, waterproofs it, and delivers vibrant colour with unlimited shade options—eliminating the need for multiple coats or products.

RainShield® Uttam is a high-performance, pure acrylic water-borne elastomeric coating designed for walls. Available in a range of vibrant colours, it offers 100% water-tight protection for over 10 years. In addition to waterproofing, RainShield® Uttam also acts as an anti-carbonation coating, making it ideal for long-term durability. Though primarily recommended for exterior applications, it can also be used inside structures.

• Exterior walls of residential and commercial buildings
• As a waterproof, sunproof, and decorative topcoat for masonry walls
• Industrial buildings
• Bridges and flyovers

ROOFSHIELD® is a high-solid elastomeric coating formulated using the latest advancements in acrylic polymer technology. It combines premium-quality 100% acrylic resins with reinforcing laminar pigments, effective biocide packages, and non-migrating fire retardants to deliver superior durability, UV resistance, algae/mildew resistance, fire retardancy, and weatherproofing. It offers excellent adhesion to concrete and metal surfaces, high tensile strength, and resistance to oils, fuels, and many chemicals. ROOFSHIELD® forms a highly reflective, thermal-insulating, and permanently flexible breathable membrane, allowing moisture vapor to escape from the substrate or building interior while remaining impervious to exterior water penetration. It is also available in a high tensile strength version for roof areas exposed to heavy maintenance traffic, harsh weather, and chemical fallout.

• Warehouses, offices, parking garages, shopping malls, clean rooms, service areas, auto showrooms, etc.
