PowerPlast®
PowerPlast® is based on an advanced co-polymer, graded sand, gray cement along with active ingredients, which when mixed with water produces a high strength finishing waterproofed plaster/render. Being 100% waterproofed and crack free surface, product is very much suited for building protection and long term durability. It also gives anticarbonation property to structure. Once applied the coat has excellent resistance to wash out and cures rapidly to form dense impermeable matrix with high diffusing resistance to oxygen, acid gases ( carbon dioxide) and chloride ion. The enhanced properties ensure high adhesion, low shrinkage, excellent resistance to freeze – thaw attack and high flexural and compressive strengths.
PowerPlast® offers the versatility, durability and style of traditional stuccos while also offering the benefits of factory controlled blending and quality assurance, faster application and fiber reinforcement for greater resistance to cracking.
Uses
PowerPlast® is ideally suited for finishing of exterior and interior walls.
• Above or below grade, interior or exterior
• Horizontal, vertical, or overhead applications to concrete, masonry, brick, glass mat faced gypsum sheathing etc.
• Exterior (positive side) finishing/leveling of new or old below grade foundations
• Shower pans, sanitary rooms, kitchens, pools, balconies, etc.
• Potable water, wastewater, sea water and marine aquarium tanks and other reinforced concrete structures
Coverage: 0.16-0.24 kg/ft2/mm thickness
Packing: 40 kg
Primefix® Block
PrimeFix Block is based on an advanced co-polymer, graded sand, gray cement along with active ingredients, which when mixed with water produces a high strength bonding mortar for blocks, bricks and stones.
Once applied the coat has excellent resistance to wash out and cures rapidly to form dense impermeable matrix with high diffusing resistance to oxygen, acid gases and chloride ion. The product provide stronger, durable, bonding between AAC blocks, fly ash bricks, concrete blocks with better look to interiors and exteriors.
The enhanced properties ensure high adhesion, low shrinkage, excellent resistance to freeze – thaw attack and high flexural and compressive strengths.
Coverage: 10 to 12 ft2/kg/mm
Packing: 25 kg

PrimeFix Block is based on an advanced co-polymer, graded filler based ready to used a high strength bonding mortar for blocks, bricks and stones. Being flexible, it gives crackfree joint.
Once applied the coat has excellent resistance to wash out and cures rapidly to form dense impermeable matrix with high diffusing resistance to oxygen, acid gases and chloride ion. The product provide stronger, durable, bonding between AAC blocks, fly ash bricks, concrete blocks with better look to interiors and exteriors.
The enhanced properties ensure high adhesion, low shrinkage, excellent resistance to freeze – thaw attack and high flexural and compressive strengths.
Coverage: 12 ft2/kg/mm
Packing: 25 kg
