Surfix & Bondcoat
During civil construction, the old surface must be properly bonded to the new surface to ensure composite strength and long-term durability. Surfix and Bondcoat are specially modified bonding coats for bonding the top layer with the base concrete.

Bondcoat®
Bondcoat® is a single-component, dry powder-form, environmentally friendly adhesive/coating for bonding any material to the substrate. The application of Bondcoat® on wet or dry, properly prepared substrates assures tenacious adhesion of new toppings, patching compounds, gypsum, concrete, mortar, and tile bedding mortars when used in accordance with instructions. It may also be applied to steel, tile, wood, glass, and fiberglass.
Bondcoat® AC
Bondcoat® AC is based on advanced polymer chemistry with an advanced co-polymer dispersion, which, when applied to the substrate, creates an excellent bonding interface. It also seals porous and absorbent substrates. The enhanced properties ensure high adhesion, low shrinkage, excellent resistance to freeze-thaw attack, and high flexural and compressive strengths of the interface.
Surfix® AC
Surfix® AC is a single-component, water-based, environmentally friendly adhesive/coating for bonding any material to the substrate. The application of Surfix® AC on wet or dry, properly prepared substrates assures tenacious adhesion of new toppings, patching compounds, gypsum, concrete, mortar, and tile bedding mortars when used in accordance with instructions. It may also be applied to steel, tile, wood, glass, and fiberglass.
PlasterBond®
A single-component bonding agent based on advanced co-polymer dispersion that ensures superior adhesion between plaster, concrete, and screed. It effectively seals porous substrates and enhances bonding without the need for surface hacking. The formulation provides high flexural and compressive strength, low shrinkage, and excellent resistance to freeze–thaw cycles for long-lasting durability.
