SureTreat – Concure and Multicure
Liquid curing compounds are the most commonly used method for curing outdoor concrete structures. They seal the surface of freshly placed concrete as soon as it stabilizes, preventing rapid moisture loss during the early hardening period. As an easy-to-apply solution, liquid curing compounds provide significant benefits to the concrete industry.
SureTreat Concure and Multicure products are curing and surface-hardening materials designed for all concrete surfaces. Their use eliminates the need for costly Hessian cloth and water, making the curing process more efficient and economical.
Product Description
Following are the products designed for different applications.
SureTreat Concure W1301
Concure® W1301 is a single-component, wax-based, water-borne, environmentally friendly concrete/plaster curing material for all surfaces where water curing is not possible. Application of Concure® W1301 to dry substrates assures sufficient water retention in the concrete, ensuring optimum curing for 28 days.
After 28 days, Concure® W1301 naturally wears off, preventing bonding issues with future top layers. The product is designed to cure concrete without the need for water sprinkling or ponding. It contains additives that help keep the surface cool, reducing the risk of cracking in cementitious surfaces.
SureTreat Concure W1302
Concure® W1302 is a single-component, resin-based, water-borne, environmentally friendly concrete/plaster curing material for all surfaces where water curing is not possible. Application of Concure® W1302 to dry substrates assures sufficient water retention in the concrete, ensuring optimum curing for 28 days.
After 28 days, Concure® W1302 naturally wears off, preventing bonding issues with future top layers. Since the product contains no wax, it is more suitable for surfaces where a top coat (plaster or paint) is required. The product is designed to cure concrete without the need for water sprinkling or ponding. It also contains additives that keep the surface cool, reducing the risk of cracking in cementitious surfaces.
SureTreat MultiCure 1303
Multicure® 1303 is a single-component, dual-action, water-based, environmentally friendly concrete curing and surface-hardening material for all concrete surfaces. Application of Multicure® 1303 to dry substrates ensures sufficient water retention in the concrete while also hardening the surface, making it more durable and abrasion-resistant.
The product is designed to cure concrete without the need for water sprinkling or ponding. It chemically reacts with cementitious materials, forming microscopic particles that strengthen the surface, seal minor cracks, and improve abrasion resistance. Additionally, it keeps the surface cool, reducing the likelihood of cracking. By eliminating the need for dry shake hardeners, it helps save labor costs and increases productivity.
SureKem Concure W100
Concure® W100 is a single-component, water-based, environmentally friendly concrete/plaster curing material for all surfaces where water curing is not possible. Application of Concure® W100 to dry substrates assures sufficient water retention in the concrete, ensuring optimum curing for 28 days.
After 28 days, Concure® W100 naturally deteriorates from the surface, preventing bonding issues with top layers in the future. Since the product contains no wax, it is more suitable for surfaces where a top coat (plaster or paint) is required. The product is designed to cure concrete without the need for water sprinkling or ponding. It also contains additives that keep the surface cool, reducing the risk of cracking in cementitious surfaces.
SureTreat Concure AL1304
Concure® AL1304 is a single-component, aluminum-resin-based, environmentally friendly concrete/plaster curing material for all surfaces where water curing is not possible. Application of Concure® AL1304 to dry substrates assures sufficient water retention in the concrete, ensuring optimum curing for 28 days.
Formulated with aluminum flakes, the product enhances curing by reflecting heat, reducing moisture loss, and eliminating the need for water curing. It contains additives that help keep the surface cool, reducing the risk of cracking in cementitious surfaces.
