Multiplast Superflow 100/200/300/400

Multiplast SuperFlow 100/200/300/400 are polycarboxylate-based admixtures specifically designed to provide high early strength, varying levels of slump retention, and enhanced control over air content in concrete. Cement particles naturally tend to clump together, and Multiplast SuperFlow 100/200/300/400 improve dispersion within the concrete mix, ensuring more efficient cement utilization. These admixtures enhance cohesion, reduce the risk of segregation and bleeding, and minimize laitance and permeability. Increased density improves durability and resistance to aggressive agents compared to control mixes. Multiplast SuperFlow 100/200/300/400 are economically priced water reducers that can be used to achieve one or a combination of these benefits.

Product Description

Multiplast SuperFlow polycarboxylate has minimal impact on the initial slump. However, due to the time-release function built into the PCE polymer, the concrete slump increases predictably as a function of mixing time. This allows the product to be added at various dosages to already-admixed concrete, enabling precise slump retention adjustments based on job conditions such as haul time, temperature, and delays before discharge. Multiplast SuperFlow enhances workability, making concrete placement easier and ensuring better compaction and finishing. It can also reduce cement content while maintaining specified strength and workability. Additionally, it increases strength and durability, improves cohesion, and minimizes the risk of segregation and bleeding, all while lowering water demand for a given workability. Multiplast R100/R200/R300 is a water-reducing admixture for concrete, conforming to EN 934-2, BS 5075:1982 Part 1, IS 9103:1979, and ASTM C 494 Type F and G.
