Polymer Grouts

PrimeGrout cement grouts with metallic or mineral aggregates are specially engineered to produce highly flowing, non-bleeding, zero-shrink grout with extended working time. These hydraulic grouts, when set, produce a volume equal to or slightly higher than the original. Cementitious PrimeGrouts are economical, easy to use, and provide high compressive strength. Cement-based grouts with non-shrink characteristics are used for filling and grouting base plates in steel-framed buildings, machinery beds, crane rails, balustrades, bridge bearing pads, and dowel bars. They can be used in “dry pack” to highly flowable consistencies without compromising strength and non-shrink properties.

Polyester-based anchor grout is designed for a variety of grouting and anchoring applications where high initial strength is required. It is ideal for anchoring railings, bolts, and posts, as well as for grouting machinery and equipment bases.
