Floor protection is very critical for many applications. FLOORKRETE floor coatings and screeds are used for such applications. Floorkrete Clearseal and Floorkrete Pavercoat are clear coatings for paver blocks, gray concrete floors to keep floors clean, shiny and free from algae and fungus. Floorkrete Floorcoat comes in colours with cooling effect and high abrasion resistance property. LevelTop is used to level old cementitious floors.
Floorkrete ClearSeal S

A solvent based CLEARSEAL® S is formulated with acrylic resins designed for a glossy protective finish. HIGH SOLIDS CLEARSEAL® S is resistant to salt- spray, acids, alkali, water, ultraviolet rays and wet and dry abrasion. The resin system, which has been specially formulated by a custom manufacturer, has a very high resistance to traffic, and the aromatic and aliphatic solvents incorporated into our system provides excellent penetration, flow and cure characteristics. CLEARSEAL® S is highly recommended for exterior use.

USES:

• Stamped concrete Coating
• Cool Deck or TextureTop flooring
• Tennis Courts (Concrete only)
• Shuffleboard Courts
• Swimming pool coating (highly resistant to water, acids and PH variations)
• Properly-prepared concrete and steel surfaces
• As a water proof, sun proof and a decorative top coating for masonry roofs and walls
• Industrial floors
• Warehouses

FloorCoat W is a high performance acrylic water based floor coating. It provides a hard wearing floor finish for use in most cementitious exterior and interior domestic and commercial premises where low VOC and a high quality floor is required. BENEFITS:

• Excellent adhesion to concrete and other surfaces,
• High mechanical strength, both tensile and compressive,
• Resistance to oils, fuel, and many chemicals.
• Abrasion resistance.
