Dry Shakes Floor Hardeners
Multichem manufactures different types of floor hardeners FloorHard FerroStrong, ChemStrong, EmeryStrong, QuartzStrong, SolarShield and ArmourTop (static energy dessipating version) which are applied as dry shakes on green concrete to get a monolithic, extremely hard, abrasion and impact resistant surface to concrete floors.Dry shake floor hardeners are based on metallic and non metallic aggregates and additives.
Liquid Floor Hardeners
For old concrete floors, liquid hardenres such as FloorHard SuperDensiFil, UltraDensifil, and HiperDensifil are used to improve mechanical properties. Liquid floor hardeners penetrates the concrete floors and reacts with the cementitious components leaving a permanent, hard wearing and dust free surface.
Floor Hardening Additive
Floor hadener additives such as FloorHard ConsoliDeck are added directly to concrete mix, before laying of the floor thus saving time. They impart high abrasion resistance to the floor throught out the masss .
