Fibres

Fibrecon® mono is chemically inert, non-corrosive monofilament polypropylene fibre. Fibrecon®-mono disperses easily and instantly into mix. It improves tensile and compressive strength, arrest drying shrinkage cracks and reduces permeability hence ensures water tightness. This ultimately leads to improvement in durability structures. It also reduces density, ensuring more yield of mix and reduces number of construction joints in floor. Use of Fibrecon-mono minimises steel reinforcement in industrial floors. It can be used with all types of OPC/PPC.

Uses

Fibrecon Mono is used to improve tensile and compressive strength of concrete and mortar which minimizes the cracks and reduces drying shrinkage and hardened shrinkage crack and permeability in the mix. It also reduces plastic settlement. In hardened state, fibre improves freeze/thaw resistance, impact resistance, abrasion resistance, fire damage properties and water and chemical penetration resistance.

Dosage: 125 gm/50 kg cement

Packing: 50 packs of 125 gm per bag
