ConsoliDeck Overview
"CONSOLIDECK is a innovative concrete floor hardener additive directly added to concrete mix( green concrete) to create hardened floors permanently. Hence floor is ready immediately for use. CONSOLIDECK is developed for ready-mix and pre-cast concrete applications.
CONSOLIDECK is added to the concrete mix during the batching operation. CONSOLIDECK overcomes the deficiencies of surface applied hardeners which are labor intensive, problematic for quality control and not suitable for air-entrained concrete applications.
CONSOLIDECK is a functional filler additive (not a chemical admixture) which can be used in any concrete mix composition with no effect to concrete qualities. CONSOLIDECK is a powder which handles similar to cement and is added during batching providing consistent quality and through-hardening of concrete.
CONSOLIDECK improves abrasion resistance from 200% to over 600% compared with non hardened concrete samples as per abrasion tests.
