Except as set forth in the "Equitable Relief" provision of these Terms of Use, the sole jurisdiction and venue of any action related to these Terms of Use shall be the Maharashtra/Mumbai courts and you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.

These Terms of Use are not assignable by you without MULTICHEM's prior written consent. The waiver by MULTICHEM of any breach or default shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any later breach or default.
