Multichem offers protective coatings for metal structures, equipment, and transportation. The RustoBlock® series is available in both water-based and solvent-based formulations, offered in single- and two-component packs.
RustoBlock W
RustoBlock™ is a latest innovative waterborne, VOC-free product based on advanced resin technology. It is developed as a multifunctional coating, serving as an anti-corrosive primer for metals and containing high levels of anti-corrosive pigments. RustoBlock™ Primer is designed to withstand maximum weather exposure commonly experienced by metal sheets, roofing decks, equipment, etc. It combines high-quality resins with white inorganic pigments, fillers, and effective biocide packages, resulting in superior durability, weatherproofing, UV resistance, algae/mildew resistance, and fire retardancy.
Application areas: RustoBlock™ is used for priming substrates before applying topcoats. Its cathodic protection ingredients chemically inhibit rust formation by preventing iron from reacting with oxygen. The primer incorporates higher levels of active ingredients than standard primers, providing added resilience against the electrolysis often experienced on metal surfaces.

RustoBlock S
RustoBlock™ S is a single-pack, innovative product based on advanced resin technology. It is developed as a multifunctional coating, serving as an anti-corrosive primer for metals with high levels of anti-corrosive pigments. RustoBlock™ S Primer is designed to withstand extreme weather exposure typically faced by metal sheets, roofing decks, equipment, and more. It combines high-quality resins with white inorganic pigments and fillers, offering superior durability, corrosion protection, and fire retardancy.
Application areas: Used as an anti-corrosive primer and coating for steel structures, equipment, and tools.
Coverage: 100 ft²/litre

RustoBlock™ EP
RustoBlock™ EP is a two-pack, innovative product based on advanced epoxy resin technology. It is developed as a multifunctional coating, serving as an anti-corrosive primer for metals with high levels of anti-corrosive pigments. RustoBlock™ EP Primer is designed to endure maximum weather exposure typically encountered by metal sheets, roofing decks, equipment, and more. It combines high-quality resins with white inorganic pigments and fillers, providing excellent durability, corrosion protection, and fire retardancy.
Application areas: Highly suited for corrosion protection of steel structures, equipment, and vehicles.

Corrosil
Corrosil™ Rust Converter is an elite, industrial-grade solution designed to tackle rust in marine, household, automotive, and industrial environments. Rust forms when iron oxidizes into iron oxide—Corrosil™ chemically transforms this rust into a stable compound, magnetite, while simultaneously priming the surface with a high-quality latex metal primer. This one-step corrosion control system is water-based, non-flammable, non-corrosive, and eco-friendly, making it a safer and more sustainable alternative to sandblasting. It is easy to apply using a brush, roller, or spray and cleans up easily with soap and water—saving both time and cost in rust treatment.
