Engineering Grout
Fixing of base plates of machines requires a special cement mix known as grout. We produce PRIMEGROUT, POWERGROUT, and MULTIGROUT as non-shrink engineering grouts admixture for such applications. PRIMEGROUT SUPERADD 250 is used as an additive for grouting honeycombed concrete.
PrimeGrout N
A early high strength, non-metallic, non-shrink grout composed of Portland cement, siliceous aggregates, and specialized additives. It delivers rapid strength development, complete shrinkage compensation, and excellent adhesion to various substrates—even when applied at flowable consistency. It is resistant to salt water and de-icing chemicals.
Application areas: Ideal for machine base plates, anchor bolts, column bearings, bridge bearing seats, prestressed deck beam keyways, and more. Highly recommended for marine environments—suitable for encapsulating wood, concrete, or steel piles.
Yield: Approx. 12–13 litres per 25 kg

PrimeGrout S
An ultra high-strength, non-metallic, non-shrink grout composed of Portland cement, siliceous aggregates, and specialized additives. Even when applied at a flowable consistency, it offers rapid strength development, complete shrinkage compensation, and excellent bonding to various substrates. It is resistant to salt water and de-icing chemicals.
Application areas: It is ideal for precision applications where it must withstand static and dynamic loads. Typical applications include base plates of machines (turbines, compressors, boiler feed pumps, etc.), anchor bolts, column bearings, bridge bearing seats, and prestressed deck beam keyways. It is highly recommended for marine environments—for use in mortar or concrete, and for encapsulating wood, concrete, or steel piles.

PrimeGrout SuperAdd 250N
A plasticized, expanding grout admixture supplied in powder form. It is a combination of a plasticizing agent and expansion-producing additives. The plasticizer allows for a reduced water/cement ratio, resulting in increased strength and durability. The expansive additives counteract natural settlement and plastic shrinkage, enhancing its stability and cohesion.
Application areas: Used as an admixture for cementitious product where reduced water/cement ratio and positive expansion are essential. Typical applications include bed and duct grouting, non-shrink infilling, and jointing.
Dosage: 250 g per 50 kg of cement
Packing: 250 g × 50 packets in a box
Powergrout®
Ultra High Strength Non-Metallic, Non-Shrink, is a blend of Portland cement, siliceous aggregates, and specialized additives. Even when placed at a flowable consistency, provides rapid strength development, complete shrinkage compensation, and excellent bond to various substrates. It is resistant to salt water and de-icing chemicals.
Application areas: It is ideally suited for precision where it is essential to withstand static and dynamic loads. Typical applications include machine base plates (turbines, compressors, boiler feed pumps, etc.), anchor bolts, column bearings, bridge bearing seats, and prestress deck beam keyway grouting. It is highly recommended for marine environments for mortar or concrete, as well as for encapsulation of wood, concrete, or steel piles.

MultiGrout
Ultra High Strength Non-Metallic Non-Shrink , is a ready-to-use, fine particle-sized micro-cement material used for filling fine cracks and voids in concrete or stone. This high-performance material, even when placed at a flowable consistency, provides rapid strength development, complete shrinkage compensation, and excellent bond to various substrates. It is resistant to salt water and de-icing chemicals.
Application areas: It is ideal for precision application and is especially suited for rock and soil injection. It is also widely used for filling and sealing cracks in concrete and for oil well cementing applications, particularly for gas and water control.
