Engineering Grouts

Fixing of base plate of machines need special cement mix, called grout. We produce PRIMEGROUT, POWERGROUT and MULTIGROUT as non-shrink grouts for such applications. PRIMEGROUT SUPERADD 250 is used as an additive for grouting of honeycombed concrete.
PrimeGrout N
PrimeGrout N, High Early Non-Metallic Non-Shrink Grout is a blend of Portland cement, siliceous aggregates and specialized additives. This high performance grout, even when placed at a flowable consistency, provides rapid strength development, complete shrinkage correction, and excellent bond to various substrates. PrimeGrout N is resistant to salt water and de-icing chemicals.

Uses

Machine base plates, anchor bolts, column bearings, bridge bearing seats, prestress deck beam keyway grout. PrimeGrout N is highly recommended for use in marine environment for mortar or concrete, for encapsulation of wood, concrete or steel piles.

Yield: 25 kg will give 12-13 lit of volume

PrimeGrout® S is resistant to salt water and de-icing chemicals.

PrimeGrout® S is highly recommended for use in marine environment for mortar or concrete, for encapsulation of wood, concrete or steel piles.

PrimeGrout® SuperAdd-250N a plasticized expanding grout admixture is supplied in powder form. The material is a combination of a plasticizing agent and expansion producing additives. The plasticizing agent allows the use of a reduced water/ cement ratio with consequent increased strengths and durability. The expansive additives counteracts the natural settlement and plastic shrinkage of the grout and aids stability and cohesion.

Uses

PrimeGrout® SuperAdd-250N is an admixture for cementitious grouts where a reduced water/cement ratio and positive expansions are required. Applications include bed grouting, duct grouting, non-shrink infilling and jointing.

Dosage: 250 gm for 50 kg Cement

MultiGrout®, Ultra High Strength Non-Metallic Non-Shrink Grout is a ready to use fine particle sized micro cement material, used for grouting fine cracks/ voids in the concrete or stone. This high performance grout, even when placed at a flowable consistency, provides rapid strength development, complete shrinkage correction, and excellent bond to various substrates. MultiGrout® is resistant to salt water and de-icing chemicals.

Uses

MultiGrout® suited for precision grouting specially suited for rock and soil injection but nowadays also for filling and sealing of cracks in concrete and for use in oilwell cementing applications, especially for gas and water control.
