Multiguard Crystal and PrimeShield are products that react with concrete to form billions of crystals, effectively plugging porosity. Being in liquid form, these products can be easily sprayed or brush-applied on a properly prepared surface. Multiguard EP and AquaBlock are epoxy-based but water-dilutable products with high bond strength. Being water-based epoxy, they can be applied on wet or damp surfaces.
