    Dry Shake Floor Hardeners: Floorhard

Dry shake floor hardeners are specially formulated powders applied to freshly poured concrete surfaces to enhance their durability, wear resistance, and surface strength. Broadcast evenly and worked into the concrete during the finishing process, these hardeners bond with the surface to create a dense, abrasion-resistant layer that can withstand heavy traffic, impact, and chemical exposure. Ideal for industrial floors, warehouses, loading docks, and other high-traffic areas, dry shake hardeners are available in various formulations—including metallic, non-metallic, and mineral-based types—to suit different performance needs. They also come in a range of colors, offering both functional and aesthetic benefits.

    Floor Hardening Additive: ConsoliDeck

CONSOLIDECK is an innovative concrete floor hardener additive that is directly added to the concrete mix (green concrete) to create permanently hardened floors. As a result, the floor is ready immediately for use. CONSOLIDECK is developed for ready-mix and precast concrete applications.

CONSOLIDECK is added to the concrete mix during the batching operation. It overcomes the deficiencies of surface-applied hardeners, which are labor-intensive, problematic for quality control, and not suitable for air-entrained concrete applications.

CONSOLIDECK is a functional filler additive (not a chemical admixture) that can be used in any concrete mix composition without affecting concrete qualities. It is a powder that handles similar to cement and is added during batching, providing consistent quality and thorough hardening of concrete.

CONSOLIDECK improves abrasion resistance from 200% to over 600% compared to non-hardened concrete samples, as per abrasion tests.

    Liquid Floor Hardeners

A liquid floor hardener is a specially formulated chemical solution applied to concrete surfaces to improve their hardness, durability, and resistance to dusting and abrasion. It penetrates deep into the concrete and reacts chemically to strengthen the surface, making it more dense and long-lasting. Liquid floor hardeners are widely used in industrial floors, warehouses, factories, and parking areas to enhance performance and extend the life of concrete flooring.
