Fibrecon® Mono is a chemically inert, non-corrosive monofilament polypropylene fibre, a premium construction fibre mesh designed to disperse instantly and uniformly into concrete or mortar mixes. It enhances tensile and compressive strength, arrests drying shrinkage cracks, and significantly reduces permeability, thereby ensuring improved water tightness and durability of structures. By reducing density, Fibrecon® Mono increases mix yield and minimizes the number of construction joints in flooring. It also allows for reduced reliance on steel reinforcement in industrial floors and is compatible with all types of OPC/PPC cement.

Uses: Fibrecon® Mono construction fibre mesh is used to enhance the tensile and compressive strength of concrete and mortar. It minimizes crack formation, drying shrinkage, hardened shrinkage, and plastic settlement. In the hardened state, this construction fibre mesh improves freeze/thaw resistance, impact and abrasion resistance, fire resistance, and resistance to water and chemical penetration.
