The products designed and manufactured are called elastomeric waterproofing and heat insulation/reflection coatings and have the following properties:
• Elastomeric in nature, hence flexible enough to handle thermal/temperature variations in buildings.
• Cracks generated on the surface during the life of the building are covered with the coating, preventing water leakage into the home.
• Bridges cracks up to 3 mm.
• Contains pigments that reflect heat back into the atmosphere instead of allowing it to enter the home.
• The surface temperature is reduced by 20°C to 30°C, resulting in the indoor temperature being lower by 6°C to 10°C.
• Products come in a wide range of colors, hence aesthetic look is also maintained.
• Comes in 100 microns to 2 mm thickness.
• Self-cleans the surface when water falls on the coated surface.
• Long durability, in the range of 10 to 20 years expected through the products.

Wall Protection from Heat and Rain
Rainshield Uttam is a 100% acrylic-based elastomeric coating with thermal insulation properties and waterproofing characteristics. The film thickness is more than 4 times thicker than paints available in the market. Because of its unique properties, more suited to Indian conditions, house owners get complete protection from water leakage due to rain and heat for more than 10 years.
Rainshield Uttam also has self-cleaning property, i.e., when rain comes, water will carry all dust and dirt out of coated surface. We also offer products with additional properties where The coating is applied in 300 micron thickness and has durability for more than 15 years.
RainShield UltraPrime is an advanced multifunctional coating that serves as a primer, waterproofer, and topcoat. It offers superior durability, UV protection, algae/mildew resistance, and fire retardancy. With tintable options, it provides unlimited color choices while ensuring excellent weatherproofing performance.
RoofShield is a single-component pure acrylic roofing product, wherein Multithane is a two-component system again based on Polyurethane chemistry. Being Polyurethane-based, products accommodate thermal fluctuation, substrate cracking and other abuse to the roof.
