Multiflex AC
Multiflex AC is a single component, easy to use, paintable, flexible, UV stable acrylic sealant. AC can be applied as a sealant, a crack filler and a glazing compound. Multiflex AC is also available in fire resistance version.
Uses
• It can be applied over damp surfaces and can be painted over with water based paints soon after the application.
• It can be used in joints where the maximum movement is +/- 15%.
• Easy to use.
• Can be used for filling narrow cracks.
Coverage: 10 running foot for 10mmX 10mm groove
Packing: 1kg, 5kg and 25 kg
Multiflex PS
MULTIFLEX PS is a two component, sealant based on polysulphide liquid elastomer. It consists of a base compound and accelerator (curing agent). When two components are mixed together, a firm, flexible rubber like seal is formed which has excellent adhesion to concrete, masonry, wood, glass, acrylic and PVC plastics. The mixed and cured product is capable of withstanding repeated cyclic movements (e.g. Expansion joints) without loss of adhesion and resists UV rays and other environmental weathering.
Uses
MULTIFLEX PS can be used as:
• Sealing of expansion, contraction and construction joints in the building structures such as below grade and above grade structures, external walls and claddings etc.
• Glazing compound for window, door frame and curtain walls, joints and ‘J’ bolts of AC sheets.
• Sealing water retaining structures and joints in traffic areas e.g.
bridges, roads and car parking areas.

Multiflex PU
MULTIFLEXTM PU is an elastic, single component, gun-grade, moisture curing polyurethane sealant specifically developed to be used in building facade expansion joints where high elasticity is required.
The product is suitable for sealing joints in pre-cast elements, floors, external walling, curtain walling and cladding, panel walls, window and door perimeter sealing etc.
Uses
