Ready Mix Mortar: Powerplast

PowerPlast®
PowerPlast® is a high-performance plaster/render formulated with advanced co-polymers, graded sand, grey cement, and active ingredients. When mixed with water, it forms a high-strength, waterproof plaster that delivers a crack-free finish. The product provides excellent protection for buildings, enhancing their durability and offering anti-carbonation properties.
Once applied, PowerPlast® resists washout and rapidly cures into a dense, impermeable matrix with high resistance to oxygen diffusion, acid gases (such as carbon dioxide), and chloride ion penetration. These properties contribute to superior adhesion, minimal shrinkage, exceptional freeze-thaw resistance, and impressive flexural and compressive strength.
PowerPlast® combines the aesthetic and functional benefits of traditional stuccos with the advantages of factory-controlled blending, faster application, and fiber reinforcement for improved crack resistance.
Application areas:
• PowerPlast® is ideal for finishing both exterior and interior walls.
• Above or below grade, interior or exterior
• Horizontal, vertical, or overhead surfaces including concrete, masonry, brick, glass mat-faced gypsum sheathing
• Finishing/leveling of new or old below-grade foundations (exterior side)
• Shower pans, sanitary areas, kitchens, pools, balconies
• Potable water tanks, wastewater structures, marine aquariums, and other reinforced concrete elements

PrimeFix® Block
PrimeFix Block is a ready-to-use, high-strength bonding mortar formulated with advanced co-polymers, graded sand, grey cement, and performance-enhancing additives. When mixed with water, it produces a smooth, workable mortar ideal for bonding AAC blocks, fly ash bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stones.
Once applied, the mortar cures rapidly into a dense, impermeable matrix with excellent resistance to washout and high diffusing resistance to oxygen, acid gases, and chloride ions. Its superior bonding capability provides a stronger and more durable adhesion, ensuring longer-lasting structures and a neater finish for both interiors and exteriors. The enhanced formulation offers high adhesion, low shrinkage, excellent resistance to freeze–thaw cycles, and superior flexural and compressive strength.

Primefix® BlokFlex
PrimeFix™ Blokflex is a ready-to-use, flexible block jointing mortar developed with advanced co-polymer technology. It offers superior bonding for AAC blocks, fly ash bricks, and concrete blocks, ensuring strong, crack-free joints. The product cures quickly into a dense, waterproof matrix with excellent resistance to washout, gas diffusion, and chloride ion penetration. It is ideal for both interior and exterior applications, delivering long-lasting performance and durability.
Uses: PrimeFix™ Blokflex is ideally suited for fixing blocks made of AAC, fly ash, or concrete. It provides superior bonding, flexibility, and durability, making it an excellent choice for both interior and exterior applications.
