Concrete Repair Products

Concrete structures inevitably deteriorate over time due to environmental exposure, structural stress, or poor construction practices. Timely concrete repair is crucial to maintaining the integrity and safety of any building. At Multichem, we offer engineering-grade solutions like MULTICRETE® and MULTICON®, specially designed for a wide range of concrete repair applications. Whether it’s repairing cracked beams, damaged columns, worn-out slabs, or any other structural component, our high-performance mortars ensure long-lasting protection and durability. Keep your property in excellent condition and extend the life of your structure with our proven concrete repair systems.

MULTICRETE® CM is an advanced co-polymer dispersion that, when used as an admixture with sand and cement mixes, produces a high-strength waterproofing coating, patching mortar, screed, or render. It can also be mixed with cement to create a slurry for sealing porous and absorbent substrates. Once applied, the mortar exhibits excellent wash-out resistance and rapidly cures to form a dense, impermeable matrix with high resistance to oxygen, acid gases, and chloride ion diffusion. It is ideal for concrete repair applications requiring superior performance and durability.

It can also be used to produce Gunite with enhanced properties for wet or dry application, allowing high-build thickness with low rebound losses at low water-cement ratios. Its advanced formulation ensures strong adhesion, low shrinkage, superior freeze-thaw resistance, and high flexural and compressive strength—key attributes for effective concrete repair in challenging environments.

MULTICRETE® CM enhances cementitious mixes by improving adhesion to both concrete and steel, even in wet conditions, while increasing compressive and tensile strength. It offers low water permeability, high abrasion resistance, excellent durability against freeze-thaw cycles and chemicals, and minimizes shrinkage. The product is non-corrosive to steel and enables easy application with high build and low rebound loss, making it an excellent choice for long-lasting concrete repair.

Application areas: MULTICRETE® CM is a unique polymer ideally suited for modifying sand and cement mortars, producing durable, spray-applied mortars and renders with enhanced polymeric and pozzolanic properties. Mortars made with MULTICRETE® CM can also be used for pointing stones where waterproofing is essential. When mixed with cement, it can serve as a primer for steel reinforcement and as a bonding agent for polymer mortars, renders, concrete, and screeds. These properties make it particularly effective in various concrete repair and rehabilitation applications.

Coverage: 50 to 60 m²/ Kg
Packing: 200 gm, 500 gm, 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, and 20 kg.

MULTICRETE® SBR is a high-performance co-polymer dispersion specially formulated for use as an admixture in sand-cement mixes. When added, it significantly enhances the strength, flexibility, and waterproofing properties of coatings, patching mortars, screeds, and renders. It can also be combined with cement to form a slurry that effectively seals porous and absorbent substrates, making it highly effective for concrete repair applications.

Application areas: MULTICRETE® SBR is a unique polymer ideally suited for modification of sand and cement mortars, producing hard and spray applied mortars and renders with enhanced polymeric properties. Slurry prepared with cement is used for waterproofing of structures. The Mortars prepared from MULTICRETE® SBR can also be used for pointing of stones, where waterproofing is required. When mixed with cement, the products can also be used as a primer for steel reinforcement and a bonding agent for polymer mortar, renders, concrete and screeds—making it a reliable solution for both bonding and concrete repair.

Packing: 200 gm, 500 gm, 1 kg, 5 kg, 10 kg, and 20 kg.

Flexcrete® is a high-performance acrylic co-polymer dispersion designed to enhance sand-cement mixes. When used as an admixture, it produces high-strength patching mortars, screeds, renders, or waterproof coatings. It can also be blended with cement to create a slurry that effectively seals porous and absorbent substrates. Once applied, the mortar offers excellent wash-out resistance and rapidly cures into a dense, impermeable matrix with superior resistance to oxygen, acid gases, and chloride ion diffusion.

Application areas: Flexcrete® is a unique polymer ideally suited for modification of sand and cements mortars, producing hard and spray applied mortars and renders with enhanced polymeric properties. The Mortars prepared from Flexcrete® can also be used for pointing of stones, where waterproofing is required. When mixed with cement, the products can be used as a coating for waterproofing of Basement, Terrace, Toilet Blocks, Water Tanks, Podium and any structure that requires protection from water leakage. Product is also well suited as a anti-corrosion coating/ primer for steel reinforcement and a bonding agent for polymer mortar, renders, concrete and screeds

POWERCOAT® is a construction-grade, advanced acrylic co-polymer latex/emulsion with a white color. Formulated with unique polymer-based additives and next-generation modifiers, POWERCOAT® stands out as best in its class. Specially developed for cement mix modification, it imparts long-term durability, crack resistance, high flexural strength, and water-tightness to cement and concrete.

POWERCOAT® modified systems create an impermeable barrier against water, offering excellent waterproofing for structural surfaces. They enhance elasticity, ductility, bonding strength, and impact resistance of cementitious mixes, making them ideal for repairs and overlays. These mixes exhibit improved workability, self-curing ability due to hydrophobic properties, and superior abrasion resistance. Additionally, they offer increased chemical resistance and help prevent rusting of steel structures.

Uses: Waterproofing,  bonding agent, concrete repairs, cementitious lining, corrosion protection.
Packing: 200 gm, 1 Kg, 5 Kg, 20 Kg, and 210 Kg.
